Established with more than 15 years of professional experience, our factory specializes in high-end men’s suit customization and bulk tailored apparel production.

We are an integrated manufacturing partner offering independent design support, pattern development, handcraft tailoring, assembly production, quality inspection, packaging and global export coordination.

Our clients include overseas distributors, fashion brands, corporate procurement agencies and formalwear retailers. We support both high-end custom orders and larger wholesale orders, with a focus on consistent quality, professional communication and dependable delivery.

Located in Shanghai, China, our factory benefits from the region’s established textile supply chain, international port infrastructure and garment export experience. This allows us to source fabrics such as tweed, pure wool, wool blends and selected imported textiles while coordinating efficient international shipping.

Facility

Covering approximately 3,490 square meters, our production facility includes precision cutting workshops, handcraft tailoring areas, assembly production lines, quality inspection rooms and finished-product packaging areas. Our functional areas are organized to support both sophisticated custom tailoring and efficient bulk production. This allows us to manage different order types while maintaining production control and product consistency.

Team

Our professional team includes more than 100 employees working across pattern making, handcraft tailoring, assembly production, quality inspection, foreign trade operations and after-sales service. Senior pattern masters bring more than 20 years of tailoring experience. Our trained craftsmen are familiar with formalwear construction techniques, including canvas construction, chest shaping and hand-finished details. Our international trade team supports overseas communication, export documentation, order coordination and after-sales follow-up.

Capacity

We support two production modes: high-end bespoke customization and bulk wholesale manufacturing. Our stated capacity is up to 100 finished formal suits per day, with an annual output of more than 3,700 customized and batch-produced suits.
